Worm Farm

On Sunday the Geelong Organic Gardeners paid a visit to Wormlovers, which is in Ocean Grove, fantastic operation and very inspirational. I bought 1000 worms and am in the process of setting up a worm farm from old nursery trays and a black plastic bin.

  1. I have just realised, we have no local worm suppliers here, you have to travel to the city to get them...hmmmm....small business for my 15 year old son perhaps, he loves the wriggly things LOL

I hope you enjoy that I have nominated you for an award, if you accept you can save the icon from my page to post on yours.

    Blessings:)

  2. I'm so happy to see someone write about their worms. :) I have some and plan on placing mine under my rabbit hutches. For now, they're in an 18 gallon tote indoors where the temperature is better for their reproduction through the winter. I hope to have mine outdoors by spring.
What is the tubing you have? Drip lines?
